Do you have what it takes to be a Bulldog?

With more than 85 majors and our focus on small class sizes and experiential learning opportunities, Butler University is listed among the top schools in the country for undergraduate education—in and out of the classroom. Bulldogs are hardworking, ambitious, and graduate prepared to step immediately into a career or graduate school and make an impact in their communities.

If this sounds like the type of college experience you’re looking for—the kind that can help you land your dream career, the kind to help you get more out of life—you’re in the right place.

2024–2025 FAFSA Updates

Update as of 3/14/24: Given the ongoing FAFSA delays, we will work with families who need extended time to make the enrollment decision. While May 1 remains our enrollment deposit deadline, Butler will accept deposits after May 1 and offer a refund of the enrollment deposit through June 1.

Update as of 2/6/24: The U.S. Department of Education has delayed FAFSA applicant data release to colleges until mid-March 2024. As soon as we are able to access the data, we will work quickly to extend financial aid offers. We now anticipate Butler offers will be sent to incoming students within 3–4 weeks of our office receiving the data.

Our Priority FAFSA Filing Deadline is extended to April 15, 2024. Students will be notified upon receipt of their FAFSA data.
